Welcome to VibeVine, a growth platform operated by Viabull Labs A Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By using VibeVine, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

VibeVine is available to anyone, globally. By using the platform, you confirm that your access is legal in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to use a connected wallet.

2. Use of the Platform

You may create, participate in, and complete growth campaigns on the platform either as a Creator (posting campaigns) or User (participating in activities).

We reserve the right to remove any spam, low-quality content, or inappropriate activity at our discretion. All activity is logged and monitored for quality assurance.

3. Fees

Creators are charged a fee based on their selected growth plan. Users receive rewards directly to their EVM or Solana wallet.

VibeVine is non-custodial — we do not hold user funds. All transactions occur directly onchain.

4. Content Ownership

By posting a campaign or submitting content to the platform, you grant Viabull Labs A Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and redistribute that content for marketing, analytics, or other business purposes.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or uptime of the platform. All onchain actions are final and irreversible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Viabull Labs A Inc is not liable for losses arising from user error, smart contract vulnerabilities, third-party integrations, or misuse of the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VibeVine after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
